Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Jobsnap mobile application ("App") or any associated website or service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Jamolkhon Umarov ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Jobsnap.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is intended for use by individuals and businesses managing financial records such as receipts and invoices.

You sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Jobsnap offers a free tier and a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. The Pro subscription is available as:

• Monthly — billed every month
• Yearly — billed every 12 months

Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally purchased.

Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

Free trial. If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

Price changes. Subscription prices may change from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any price increase, and your continued subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.

You agree to use Jobsnap only for its intended purpose: tracking receipts, invoices, and project finances. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into Jobsnap, including receipt images, invoice data, and project information. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Jobsnap is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial records and complying with applicable tax laws. Always consult a qualified tax professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at jmlkhon17@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Your continued use of Jobsnap after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Jamolkhon Umarov, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
